Joe has been playing professional quality music for over 30 years.
Born and raised in Davenport, Iowa, he first performed at 4 years old,
in a clown kazoo band for the veterans in Iowa City Veterans Hospital.
Big Joe started teaching himself to play guitar at 11. It didn't take
him long to start entertaining the family with his songs. The older
he got, the more pronounced his talent became. Later, Myra, his wife
since 1970, began singing karaoke, together they are well known
for their duets.He has had many accomplishments as an entertainer. Big
Joe has worked with many bands, sang at many events, performed karaoke,
and done disc jockey shows for many events. Loved and admired by family,
friends, and his large following, Big Joe has a show that will bring
people back again and again.
